MA is a service available to US residents but there are lots of people outside the USA that use MA.

I just tried signing up with a VPN, the site won't allow it. Turned it off and they won't allow signup from Canadians. Any other way to get passed this?

Some VPNs work while others won't.
Try using a DNS service to sign up. You can then connect your Google Play account to MA as well as a USA iTunes and Hotmail account.

The two movies will absolutely have codes, unless DMI is sending used copies! From the image these are the original, single-disc Blu-rays (I have these) -- no secondary DVD, no digital copy, just the 150 (then-DMR) points with each film.
It's a better value than the last twofer, the Princess Diaries collection, since that was one set with just one code. Though it's sold out now anyway:

On June 3 2021, Disney Movie Insiders will resume our policy to expire points in member accounts where there has been prolonged points inactivity.
Beginning on this date and continuing after, your Disney Movie Insiders points will expire if you haven't redeemed for a reward, or earned or redeemed any points in the previous 365 consecutive days. You can read more about our points expiration policy in our terms and conditions.
To find your most recent point history, click on your name in the upper left hand corner of the Disney Movie Insiders site and select "Point History." In the app, you can simply click on the studio icon in the upper right hand corner and then select "Point History."

Earn 10 Points "Wield the Shield" is only available on IOS devices that are XS, XR and newer, however "Shield Challenge" and "Honor the Legacy" are available on iOS devices, iPhone 6s or newer.
